Pig Alfons

We receive many requests for help regarding animals in need every day. So we also received a call for help from the six pot-bellied pigs. The caller told us that a couple was separating and the house was now being sold. The animals were therefore to be slaughtered and the date had already been set. However, the animal lover did not want this to happen and took the pigs in for the time being. However, it is almost impossible to sell adult pot-bellied pigs, as they have long since lost their "cute factor". She herself was also unable to keep the animals due to lack of space and was desperate. So the animal lover turned to us and asked us to take in the six pigs. She sent us a driver who brought us the frightened and neglected animals. Our task now was to gain the pigs' trust, care for them and give them a good and species-appropriate life.
