The beautiful and loving Amenca did not have it easy. Her career as a sport horse and later as a broodmare was already clear. But when a deformity of the right front coffin bone developed, this dream was shattered and Amenca was neither rideable nor suitable for breeding. An animal lover campaigned hard for the mare because she wanted to spare her the trip to the slaughterhouse. She contacted Gut Aiderbichl and asked us to take her in.
