Markus Leitner has a close relationship with our red deer, which had moved into Gut Aiderbichl Carinthia. Among them was Hiltraut the hind. One morning, she greeted Markus as usual when he came into the large enclosure to feed. As she approached him, he suddenly noticed something unusual. With a soft roar, she asked him to follow her. Confused, he did her a favor and followed her to the edge of the forest. Once there, he saw the best surprise of the year: little Andi, who had been born a few hours earlier.
