Anton's fate seemed sealed, even though he was only two years old. When an animal lover contacted us, he only had 24 hours to live. What sounds like a thriller is unfortunately very often the brutal reality. The animal friend told us that Anton was a knock knock stallion, meaning that one of his testicles had slipped into his abdominal cavity. An operation is of course expensive. Instead, Anton was to be slaughtered. We were not prepared to accept this and agreed to take him in. The animal lover who had fought for Anton's life was relieved. Anton can now enjoy his life with us and will never have to fear being in need again.
