We were presented with a terrible sight when we were called by the veterinary office to inspect an animal: 19 almost starved horses, without bedding or food and kept in desolate conditions. Arielle was one of them. The Gut Aiderbichl team and Managing Director Dieter Ehrengruber could not look away, as some of them were already facing slaughter. One was already in such a desolate state that it died on the first night. But now we have to devote all our love, care and strength to the other 18 horses.
