"I have decided to take all 19 horses with me. I'm doing this in the hope that our Aiderbichlers will help us...", said Dieter Ehrengruber when we were called by the veterinary office to inspect the animals. The sight that presented itself to us was deeply shocking: 19 almost starved horses, without bedding or food and in desolate conditions. Among them was Bart. Some of these poor animals were already facing slaughter. One was in such a poor condition that it died on the first night. But now we have to devote all our love, care and strength to the other 18 horses.
