Our Moluccan cockatoo Beppo is a very self-confident bird. Again and again he attracts unsuspecting visitors to Gut Aiderbichl Gänserndorf with his sweet, croaking hello and lulls them into a false sense of security... It's lucky that there are bars, because without them we would have to doctor many a guest. But things were not going well for Beppo in 2011. The operators of the parrot sanctuary were faced with an unsolvable problem: they were too old to continue giving the parrots the care they needed. They turned to Gut Aiderbichl and asked us for help...
