The scene of Bert's rescue was the Munich horse market. Little Bert is particularly affectionate, but this was of no interest at the horse market. We bought Bert and many other horses and donkeys. Once we arrived at Gut Aiderbichl, we got to know and, above all, love Bert. One of Bert's peculiarities always makes us smile: he particularly loves having his tummy rubbed.
