Dog Candy

Candy is a cautious and extremely affectionate dog who could easily be kept in families with small children. She loves to sit on your lap or lie on the couch and just be stroked, so she would also be suitable for people with disabilities or older people. She has a very calm, balanced character and is compatible with dogs of all sizes and genders. She is a bit of a glutton and is therefore available for all activities where there are food rewards. She especially loves search games, so she could also be trained for mantrailing or rescue dog tasks. She shows no potential for aggression in any form. She is a little reserved with strangers at first and only warms up after a while. She does not bark, but keeps a certain distance from strangers. She is not a barker. She is very calm and relaxed in the house and loves to lie around. She can be left alone for hours at a time and doesn't break anything. Deficits: Not yet used to a lead or collar. Due to our yard location, she is not used to heavy traffic or walks through the city center. Needs a little time to warm up to new people. Hunting instinct possible but not yet shown with us. To be on the safe side, however, she should not be left unsupervised with small animals. As she is very people-oriented, she does not really feel at home in our yard.
