Michael Aufahuser discovered the exceptionally beautiful mare Edda at a horse market in Munich in 2005. Several slaughter horse dealers had already expressed an interest in the mare. Michael Aufhauser looked her in the eye and knew: this poor soul had to be helped. So he bought the well-behaved mare and brought her to Gut Aiderbichl.
