When Epuna moved into Gut Aiderbichl France, sponsors were present as part of a sponsorship trip. They were able to see live how frightened young animals became self-confident foals. If it had not been for Gut Aiderbichl, the foals would certainly have found themselves on a transport to Italy for slaughter very soon. Thanks to the commitment of an Aiderbichl resident, this was prevented. To mark the start of their new lives, Michael Aufhauser asked the sponsors to give the animals new names. And Epuna is a wonderful name, we think!
