Our sunshine Martin almost never saw the light of day. His mother Martina was on a slaughter transport to Belgium in October 2007. There he would probably have simply been disposed of as an embryo. Animal rights activists stopped the transport as the conditions for the 21 horses were devastating. Thanks to the animal welfare activists, an animal-loving couple, and Gut Aiderbichl, all the animals were able to move into the Gut Aiderbichl Köllersberger farm. Martin is always in a joking mood and tries to encourage everyone to play. We are happy that he has seen the light of day and enriches our world.
