Papillon came to us from an animal shelter in Bucharest in December 2018. Papillon had been living there for many years and was always a very shy dog who didn't want any contact with people. His breakthrough came in 2017 when he began to seek contact with his caregivers. Papillon is still a very shy dog who only trusts his immediate caregivers. He is still suspicious of strangers. Papillon is looking for a home with an experienced dog owner who will give him the time he needs.
