Chicken Pommes
Empty-hybrid
Rooster Pommes and other chickens were hatched and raised in a kindergarten as part of the farm animals project. The daughter of a kindergarten teacher was there from the first day the chickens hatched and was allowed to look after six chickens in a specially built chicken coop at home. At some point, it turned out that there were two roosters among the hens. Pommes and Popcorn and both of them gave the chickens a hard time. Popcorn found a new place to live and now there was Pommes the cockerel. Slaughter was out of the question, so the animal emergency center at Gut Aiderbichl was contacted. Pommes is now here and lives at Gut Aiderbichl in Carinthia.
