Russel and Sternchen were given pet insurance by their owner. A good decision. Unfortunately, the man became increasingly addicted to alcohol and was no longer able to look after his four-legged friends. So the animal insurance took effect earlier and the animals could be helped. Russel has now been given a lovely, loving special care home.
