Donkey Schoko

Schoko and Pico were rescued by animal lovers when they were on their way to the slaughterhouse. From then on, they were cared for with a lot of love and patience at a private sanctuary. However, as the costs continued to rise, but not the income, it became clear that the sanctuary would not be able to keep its animals for much longer. It was with a heavy heart that the operators had to find alternative accommodation for their protégés. We received the request and agreed to take in Pico and Schoko. They are an inseparable team and are there for each other. When Pico was diagnosed with a serious lung disease, Schoko was there. Every day he gives Pico the rest he needs for his treatment.
