Cattle Spätzle

An animal welfare organization held its hands protectively over a small herd of Galloway cattle. If they had not done so, they would have been slaughtered and their bodies would have been disposed of, as their owner had not complied with the regulations - so it was unthinkable that they would be integrated into the food chain. Together with the authorities, we were able to find a solution and save the animals' lives. Spätzle was already born under our care - we also promised her that she would be allowed to stay until the end of her natural life.
