Cattle Tara
Zwergzebu
Tara was born soon after arriving at Gut Aiderbichl Iffeldorf. Her mother is a wobbly squirrel. Dwarf zebus are loyal and stick together in the herd like peas in a pod. They tend to have a low weight and small hooves, and create trails on their traditional pasture so that the sward is not put under too much strain and trampling damage is kept to a minimum. They keep small shrubs short and give the landscape in which they live a well-kept appearance. They are suitable for surface grazing, but also for grazing on steep slopes and do not shy away from swampy ground. In any case, a herd of dwarf zebu needs enough space to be able to move and play freely. Although they are loyal to their location, they are also curious and always ready for a little adventure. That's why the pasture should be fenced in with a sturdy fence. The dwarf zebu herd finds all this at Gut Aiderbichl in Iffeldorf.
