Tommi the black horse should have been slaughtered due to human stupidity. On New Year's Eve, youths threw firecrackers at the horse, and since then Tommi has no longer been a reliable carriage horse. In other words, he no longer performs at his best, and at the age of seven he stood in front of the butcher's gate due to an unforgivable rascal's prank. As fate would have it, Tommi was able to become an Aiderbichler. He will never be alone on New Year's Eve: our keepers are even more vigilant on such days than on any other day of the year.
