Experts described the situation of a farmer from the Dirndl Valley in Lower Austria as completely hopeless when he approached us with a big request. He had lost track, could no longer manage the work alone and now the authorities had become aware of him. His cattle were to be culled. Michael Aufhauser and Dieter Ehrengruber wanted to help and took on the problem. Together they developed a plan to give all the cattle a species-appropriate life. Ulli, Angelika was born in our care and we promised that everything would be fine.
