Our llamas
Why are there llamas at Gut Aiderbichl?
Llamas and alpacas have recently become more and more ‘trendy animals’. Organised alpaca walks are becoming increasingly popular, and the number of privately owned animals is also rising.
However, many of the camelids living at Gut Aiderbichl today have been severely neglected by their owners – often to such an extent that the veterinary office has had to confiscate them. In other cases, the animals become a financial burden and need a new home.
At Gut Aiderbichl, they find a loving and species-appropriate home among their own kind.
