Rabbit Schneeflocke
Love had probably turned into boredom
From the perspective of Gut Aiderbichl
(written by Gisela Pschenitschnig)
Animals are wanted, bought, kept and: unfortunately too often outgrowing disinterest given away or even abandoned.
This is what happened to the pretty lion-headed rabbit Snowflake. Children wanted to have it, loved it and cared for the animal. At some point, the interest in the creature disappeared and Schneeflocke now lives in the forever home of Gut Aiderbichl Henndorf.
Ethics, the science of human action
A great word, a great science. The word ethics comes from the Greek word "ethos" and means custom or habit. What does man usually do, what does man find right, what wrong?
Dealing with values cannot be learned early enough. Ethical rules follow us throughout our lives. With the help of ethical and moral sensibilities, we treat our fellow human beings, animals, nature - in fact, everything that makes up the respectful and moral life of a human being.
Without social values, a society is doomed to failure. One should have one's own opinion, help others, have human friends or animal friends.
Schneeflocke - a living being with organs and feelings
Children learn with animals to take responsibility for a living being. Snowflake needs to be fed and cared for. It needs perception, which means that even a rabbit wants to hear its name from time to time and know "Aha, the human means me ...". Animals remember the voices of their humans, they store his smell and want to please us.
Maybe it is not always fun to keep the rabbit hutch clean or to communicate with snowflake once five minutes - however, it is one of the ethical rules to be there for a living being.
Fellow rabbits, sun and lots of fresh air in the rabbit enclosure
Snowflake was kept as the only rabbit. Rabbits are very social animals and want to have a partner around. Now Snowflake has found many friends and slowly she is feeling her way into her new family. She especially likes Schoko, Klecks, Ronja and Brownie, as well as Karuso.
Rabbits want to play, hop around, hide, enjoy the sun - enjoy life. All this Snowflake can now have enough.
In this sense - sincerely, your Gisela
It is "not just an animal" ... It is a heart that beats, a soul ... that feels and a life that wants to live.
