Horse Nadira
"What happens to my pet...
when I am no longer there?"
Many pet owners ask themselves this question, and even if it is an unpleasant topic, it is important to think about what should happen to one's pet in an emergency in good time. This is also about a sense of responsibility and respect for the living creature.
Many Aiderbichl supporters take out animal insurance by means of a legally binding testamentary disposition. After the owner's death, the dog, cat or horse is brought to Gut Aiderbichl - in accordance with the owner's wishes. Relatives no longer have to decide what to do with the animals, because everything has already been arranged in advance.
"...How important and correct the decision of the animal insurance was, we had to experience these days..."
A family, who have also taken out animal insurance for their pets with Gut Aiderbichl, had to redeem Manjana, an Arabian mare, with a heavy heart. It had become apparent that Manjana was getting weaker and weaker and the couple knew that the day would come when their Manjana would go over the Rainbow Bridge. The time to say goodbye came: Manjana said goodbye and her friend Nadira stayed behind...
A horse should not be alone in the paddock
For reasons of age, they did not want to get another horse to live with them. So they turned to Gut Aiderbichl and Nadira came to Deggendorf, because there her owners can visit her as often as possible.
When she moved into Gut Aiderbichl, Nadira remained calm. The whole 23 years she lived with her people, she was never loaded onto a transporter. Benedikt Gruber, Estate Manager of Gut Aiderbichl Deggendorf, spoke calmly to her, stroked her and slowly he was able to lead the horse onto the transporter.
The animal lovers know their Nadira is in the best of hands
Nadira has meanwhile found friends in Deggendorf. These include the horse Sunrise, Nashi and the donkey Emily. Emily in particular is completely focused on Nadira. With a lot of love and trust, Nadira now lives in the circle of her friends at her new home Gut Aiderbichl Deggendorf.
Due to the special circumstances, Animal Protection has now brought Nadira to Gut Aiderbichl. Her owners can visit her whenever they want and, as is so often the case in life, there is a solution for everything and everything will be fine!
