For Agapi there was almost no hope. She was born as a street cat in Greece and knew only bitter suffering. She was left at a vet's with severe injuries, but the vet did not have the courage to perform the complicated operation to repair two serious fractures. After weeks of waiting, Agapi was finally allowed to leave and Gut Aiderbichl took her to the University Hospital in Munich. Would the old fractures still be operable? The head of the Surgical Veterinary Clinic at the University of Veterinary Medicine took care of little Agapi. And now comes the good news: shortly after the operation, Agapi was able to put weight on all her legs again. It was worth it. As it is always worthwhile to help a poor creature. Since then, Agapi has been living at Gut Aiderbichl Deggendorf in the care of our keepers.
