The self-confident donkey Bernie has found his happiness at Gut Aiderbichl. But things almost turned out differently, because his owner wanted him off the farm. He contacted "Noah's Ark" in Graz, which has had a friendship with Gut Aiderbichl for many years. We were able to help and Bernie became an Aiderbichler. It is hard to imagine what would have happened if the owner had decided to go with a trader. Bernie no longer burdens himself with his past. He spends a quiet life at Gut Aiderbichl Henndorf. Here he has many animal keepers who treat him with respect and love and have taken Bernie into their hearts.
