With his coat colour, Bobby is a real eye-catcher. The tiger pinto was kept individually for five years. Since horses and ponies are herd animals, this was anything but species-appropriate. Herd animals need conspecifics to be happy. Finally, an official veterinarian brought Bobby's fate to our attention and asked us to take him in. The little whirlwind was also suffering from acute laminitis. After much deliberation, the owner agreed. Now Bobby lives at Gut Aiderbichl and will never be alone again.
