Bonnie is a special problem child due to her diabetes. She gets smaller and several portions of food a day, which are adapted to her needs, and in the meantime she lets herself have her insulin injection without any problems. This was patiently practised with her every day. Through this treatment Bonnie has recovered a lot. Her values are good, she has gained weight and she comes to the injection every day by herself. Because of this illness, she has a special place in the group. Bonnie has lost her insecurity, stays out of conflicts and has a deep friendship with Helene. Even Moritz, who did not accept her before, now protects and comforts her. Grooming each other is their favourite diversion. Bonnie is always one of the first to run outside into the sun. She loves to climb and wash her food.
