An animal lover discovered four donkey stallions, including Falco, at a dealer. When asked where the donkeys came from and why they were to be slaughtered, the dealer just shrugged his shoulders. Since their value is measured in kilos, only the weight of the animals was of interest to him. Falco suffered from a severe malposition of one hoof and - like the other three donkeys - from parasite infestation. We immediately took the four animals to an animal clinic, where they were cared for and given medical treatment before they were then allowed to start their new lives at Gut Aiderbichl Henndorf.
