What Melina probably already had to go through, we can only guess. You can describe her as quite shy and reserved. An animal welfare activist and the responsible authorities were able to rescue Melina, together with 24 other goats, from a catastrophic situation. A temporary place was quickly found where they were first cared for. The animal welfare activist turned to Gut Aiderbichl and asked us for help. She was already able to place some of the goats, but no one could be found for the rest and time was running out. Together we managed to find a solution and provide shelter for all the goats at Gut Aiderbichl.
