Nature knows no compassion. Even sheep mothers only raise those offspring that they believe will survive. That is what evolution has given them. Batman's mother must have come to the conclusion that her little son was too weak and rejected him. Animal lovers were able to prevent the worst from happening and took him in. He was lovingly raised by bottle, but they could not offer him a life with his own kind and so he became part of our family in February 2022.
