We often report about breeders and farmers who do not keep their animals well. But there is also the opposite - breeders who are aware of their responsibility and who try to find good places for their animals. One of those people turned to Aiderbichl animal rescuer Christian Kögl, and told him about his problem child Shirina. She would suffer from a fetlock disease and is therefore never rideable. She could also not be used for breeding. Normally, this is a death sentence. But somehow it was nice that this situation was not "normal", because Shirina was allowed to become a member of our family!
