When we learned about Whisky's fate, it seemed that his fate was already sealed. The young warmblood wallach was considered "depressive and mentally disturbed". We were at a loss for what to do, and so animal lovers begged us to take Whisky in. We were able to agree and brought Whisky to the equine clinic after his arrival. Here it was discovered that he was suffering from severe pain in his leg. Immediately, treatment was started. And the more the pain subsided, the more relaxed and happy Whisky became. He had only tried to draw attention to his suffering...
