Hello humans!

I'm Fred and I have to say, it's almost a little uncomfortable for me to push myself into the center of attention here. But I am here to introduce myself so that you can finally see me and give me a chance to find a home.
You may have already heard about me. I had some bad luck and was hit by a car. My front legs were broken and I was lying helpless on the side of the road.
But the team of the shelter found me and fortunately they could help me in the clinic. It was a long way, but in the meantime I am standing firmly on my 4 paws again.
Up to this point it may not sound like a first class application for a home, but I hope you will not be deterred by this and give me a chance anyway.
Because I can absolutely score with my friendly and calm nature. Here at the shelter I live with the smaller dogs, who are sometimes quite rambunctious, but I get along very well with them. I enjoy the closeness to the other four-legged friends after being alone in the clinic for so long.

So, what do you think? Are you looking for a faithful companion who can finally arrive at your side? I'm at an age where I don't want to waste so much time.

I am grateful that I was rescued, but now I hope that I will become a lucky one and find a family soon!
