Our Animal Visitor Centres

Visit us at Gut Aiderbichl!

Dear visitors, due to a fire, Gut Aiderbichl Henndorf will be closed to visitors for the next few days. Fortunately, people and animals are unharmed.

Thank you for your understanding. We will be able to reopen on Saturday, May 24. Information will follow on the website.

Our visitor farms are located at three different sites: Gut Aiderbichl in Henndorf near Salzburg, Gut Aiderbichl in Iffeldorf near Munich and Gut Aiderbichl in Deggendorf near Passau. We look forward to your visit in Iffeldorf and Deggendorf. And the animals are even happier.

However, we are taking preventive measures to protect against foot-and-mouth disease: to ensure the welfare and health of the animals, we have moved all endangered animals at Gut Aiderbichl in Henndorf to the neighbouring farms. This applies to all cloven-hoofed animals: pigs, cattle, goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas and dromedaries.

Visitor operations can take place in Iffeldorf and Deggendorf without restrictions. Donkeys, ponies, horses, dogs, cats, budgerigars and much more are looking forward to your visit.

Smoking ban on our estates

For the protection of our animals and in accordance with official regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire Gut Aiderbichl premises. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas in front of the restaurant.

We ask all visitors to respect this rule so as not to endanger the well-being of our animals.

Please note that your admission ticket will be invalidated if you do not comply.

Gut Aiderbichl Henndorf is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00 .

Gut Aiderbichl Iffeldorf:

Open Wednesday – Sunday from 09h00 to 18h00.
Monday and Tuesday closed.
On holidays, at vacation times and on “Easter and Advent at Gut Aiderbichl” open daily from 09h00 to 18h00.

Gut Aiderbichl Deggendorf:

Open Wednesday – Sunday from 09h00 to 18h00.
Monday and Tuesday closed.
On holidays, at vacation times and on “Easter and Advent at Gut Aiderbichl” open daily from 09h00 to 18h00.
