The warmblood black mare could not have a better pedigree and was born in Poland on 30.03.2006. Obviously she was a candidate for top sport. The fact that she was already destined for a death transport to the East at the age of eight must have had something to do with her performance. Maybe they wanted to use her as a brood mare, but that didn't work out either. Then, it didn't take long and she ended up on the transporter... Even young and talented horses are often cold-heartedly given their death sentence. Alexandrine was lucky that we were there, because at Gut Aiderbichl, only her life counts. Not her performance and not her looks. She may stay forever under the protection of Gut Aiderbichl.
