In 2011, something happened in the middle of Lower Austria that is usually only known from America. A man stormed a government office, shot a man in the stomach and took a hostage. Afterwards, the desperate man contacted us and demanded to speak to Michael Aufhauser. The reason: Gut Aiderbichl should please take in 14 horses on its farms. He himself could soon no longer be there for them. The connection had to be kept for hours in order to save the hostage's life. Thanks to the cooperation of the police, the drama was brought to an end and Cartier became a member of our family.
