We were confronted with a terrible sight when we were called to an animal inspection by the veterinary office: 19 almost starved horses, without bedding and food in desolate conditions. Among them was Grey November, also affectionately known as Robby. The Gut Aiderbichl team and Managing Director Dieter Ehrengruber could not look away, because some of them were already about to go to the slaughterhouse. One was already in such a desolate condition that it died the first night. But now we have to devote all our love, care and strength to the other 18 horses.
