An animal owner kept ponies on the farm. She bought a foal and named it Speedy. The "Kleiner Onkel", who was supposed to act as "educator", became blind due to an eye disease. This was not a problem for the ponies themselves, but the owner felt that "Kleiner Onkel" was poor, and looking after a blind pony was out of the question for her. So she sold both of her charges. Her path finally led her to us and both ponies became members of our family! For us, the blindness of "Kleiner Onkel" is neither bad nor a problem. We just love him the way he is, and he feels it too!
