Raphael, Sophia and Alexander, who has since died, owe their lives to animal welfare activists from Halletau. They were alerted by animal lovers on May 20, 2014, that three lambs were living in a construction trailer. With the help of the police, this could be opened, the sheep freed and brought to safety. At that time, the three were just two to three weeks old and had to be raised by bottle. The foster home took touching care of the three, but could not keep them in the long run. The association had to find a final solution where the three could stay until their natural end of life. But time was running out for them. They turned to Gut Aiderbichl and tried their luck. For Michael Aufhauser it was clear that help was needed immediately and after a short preparation period the three were allowed to become part of our family.
