Michael Aufhauser founded Gut Aiderbichl to provide a safe home for animals in need. The animal welfare organization promotes compassion and responsibility through active animal protection and sustainable education.
Over 9,000 rescued animals
The animals were no longer wanted or had to be relinquished due to difficult circumstances. They are now under our protection and represent all those we want to help. They remind us every day how important compassion and protection are for all living beings.
More than 30 farms in 6 countries
Gut Aiderbichl is one of the most important animal welfare organizations in Europe today. With around 30 farms in six countries (3 of which can be visited), it offers thousands of rescued animals a safe home and sets a strong example for animal rights.
