When we saw him, he immediately reminded us of Obelix from the Asterix comics. Gentle and sweet as he introduced himself to us, we couldn't think of a better name for him. Obelix was 133 days old when he and his fellow animals arrived at Gut Aiderbichl. He had to present himself at the horse market in Rottenbuch and that day was also the last day he saw his mother.
