A farmer contacted us. At first, this was not unusual, because more and more farmers are asking for the life of their favourite cow, to which they are very attached, to be saved. But what this farmer told us seemed unbelievable: his cow Ruby had given birth to quadruplets. Research showed that this was a true rarity. The German State Farmers' Association said there was a one in eleven million chance that the mother would give birth to four calves and that they would all be healthy. Reserl, Roserl, Renaterl and Roswitherl have been promised to become part of our family - but not only them, also mother Ruby!
