Again and again, we experience that people, who are overwhelmed with the keeping of their animals, contact us. Sometimes because the dog is behaving badly, sometimes for health reasons. When a Viennese social worker contacted us, she briefly described the situation. The animal lover had to deal with many strokes of fate, which caused her to lose track of her animals. There were about 80 budgerigars and cockatiels that were now urgently looking for a home. When she arrived on site, it turned out that the estimate was a gross underestimate, because the Gut Aiderbichl team had given 323 parakeets a new home that day.
