Targeted support for Gut Aiderbichl projects
Gut Aiderbichl wants to help where the need is greatest. This is why the Gut Aiderbichl street dog project in Romania was launched in 2018. Ex-lab chimpanzees, which were kept in laboratories for 20 years for animal experiments, also find a new home at Gut Aiderbichl.
At the same time, we are also committed to the preservation of endangered animal breeds. These include, for example, the Tux-Zillertal cattle, Noriker horses, Zackel sheep, KuneKune pigs and the Austro-Hungarian Baroque donkeys.

Event donation
The year offers us countless occasions to celebrate. Whether birthdays, weddings or an anniversary. There are many joyful moments that we like to share with our friends and acquaintances. Use this occasion to do something positive for animal welfare.

Funeral donation
Sometimes in life we are also confronted with the loss of a beloved one. Floral wreaths express our personal sympathy. But even the most beautiful flowers soon wither. For this reason, many people decide to refrain from donating wreaths and instead make a lasting and visible gesture in favour of animal welfare. With your donation you protect animals in need and enable them to lead a safe life at Gut Aiderbichl.

Together, we have been campaigning for fair conditions for animals and giving them a voice for over 20 years. Our primary goal is to create an understanding between humans and animals in a protected environment, for example on one of our home farms. More than 6,000 animals, rescued from a wide variety of situations, now live there in 6 European countries. We guarantee every animal a safe and secure home until the natural end of its life. Gut Aiderbichl has been committed to the welfare of animals since its foundation and is an important institution for animal welfare throughout Europe.
To do this, we rely on donations from private individuals. Without our generous donors, our work for animals in need would not be possible. For this reason, we rely on face-to-face information when looking for new donors. Every day, our fundraisers speak to many interested people in public places or on their doorsteps, informing them about our projects and explaining how they can support them. We work with experienced external fundraising agencies and all of our fundraisers receive extensive training on our projects.
It is only through our fundraisers that we are able to personally inform thousands of people in Austria, Germany and Switzerland about our projects and win them over as supporters for the protection of animals. Face-to-face is therefore an extremely valuable tool in our communication.
