Saved at last - is the cold now looming?

Over 300 goats and sheep are still waiting for a warm stable

Safe at last - but the approaching winter is a major challenge

With good intentions, the animal welfare activist Evi took over a farm where she could care for her fosterlings and give them a loving home. Everything went well for a long time. But then the animal lover’s costs got out of hand. The price increases of recent years finally did the rest and she had to hastily vacate her beloved farm along with her animals. 300 animals were threatened with being put to sleep!

“I always wanted to give a life to animals that don’t get a chance. I promised them that I would take care of them. And now I can’t”; Evi lamented with tears in her eyes. Gut Aiderbichl was her last hope – and she was not disappointed!

A large, mobile stable tent was erected virtually overnight as emergency accommodation for the large herd. But the coming winter is now threatening the herd once again. The temporary accommodation urgently needs to be upgraded to provide protection against the approaching cold. Many of the animals are also old or chronically ill.

This is an urgent emergency call and we ask you from the bottom of our hearts to help now to provide the baby and also the adult goats and sheep with the care they deserve!

Even if they are not cute pets: Please let us prove together today that true love for animals does not end with dogs and cats. But that every living being is worth saving.

Every contribution counts! Please help now!
