When you tie the knot, do you want everything to be perfect on this one day? Do you want the most beautiful day of your life to be an unrivalled experience? Then you should say “I do” in the marvellous setting of Gut Aiderbichl in Henndorf near Salzburg, amidst the 1,000 rescued animals. The name Gut Aiderbichl comes from the Celtic language and means mound of fire, and this place has always been a special place of power. This place of power, an idyll that is unrivalled, an inspiring meeting place between humans and animals, will perfectly set the scene for the start of your new life. Not to mention the new human-animal chapel built on stilts next to our wildlife enclosure and duck pond, which can accommodate a wedding party of up to 20 people. The energising place of inner contemplation made of natural wood, with enchantingly decorated stained glass windows, has magic in it. You will feel it as soon as you step up to the altar.
Of course, we will cater to your entirely individual wishes. Would you like to have a meal together after the ceremony in our main building (up to 20 people) or our large hall (up to 450 people)? Are you thinking of a festive reception in our donkey house or in our courtyard stable lane, surrounded by the many rescued animals? Are you thinking about leaving the chapel after the ceremony between a line of animals? We also have a photographer on site to capture your day in pictures.
