Gery Keszler, founder and long-time organizer of the Life Ball, has made it his mission not only to support humanitarian causes, but also to work for the preservation of the endangered Zackel sheep. A small flock lives on his property, which he lovingly cares for. When his flock became too big, he asked for help for some of his charges. And we would also like to make a contribution and inform people about these wonderful sheep. April now lives at Gut Aiderbichl and is an ambassador for his breed, a symbol that many breeds fall victim to industrialization or already no longer exist.
