Beautiful decoration and colourful supporting programme
An Easter of a very special kind
Every year, the signs on the visitable farms of Gut Aiderbichl in Henndorf, Iffeldorf and Deggendorf point to Easter. The sun is noticeably gaining strength, the birds are chirping noticeably louder, the meadows are slowly becoming more colourful and everything somehow smells like spring. While the wild birds celebrate this auspicious season in full tones and the rescued animals at Gut Aiderbichl enjoy the warming rays of the sun, the estates are busy decorating so that every visitor can fully immerse themselves in the Easter flair.
From colourful eggs to Easter wreaths and palm bouquets as well as other lovely details, everyone is sure to find their personal favourite decoration. Not to mention the many gift ideas that will either make friends or relatives happy or brighten up your own four walls.
Programme on all estates
Every weekend and public holidays, from 9a.m.to 6p.m.: Children's crafts/pony grooming station/hay bouncing: Children can be creative at the craft station, let off steam at the hay bouncing castle, or help out with pony and donkey grooming.
Every weekend and on public holidays, at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p. m.: Special animal feedings at Gut Aiderbichl Henndorf: Get up close to our rescued animals and be there when we feed, for example, our stag Batzi, our Kune Kune pigs or our raccoons Paul and Emilia.
Every weekend and on public holidays, as well as on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11 am and 1 pm: Junior Team Animal Keeper Workshop: Young animal lovers (minimum age 6 years) can become active as Junior Team Animal Keepers! This means mucking out stalls, preparing food and really getting to know the job of an animal keeper. This way you can get up close and personal with the rescued animals. At the end, each child receives a certificate.
