"Never again a dog, I never want to experience this pain again" that was my first reaction when I had to redeem my beloved Luca (also from the animal protection) with only 9.5 years because of severe heart disease. But without a dog everything is so empty and I looked more and more often at animal protection sites. And so one day I saw Elisa on the page of Gut Aiderbichl Romania and it was already done around me.

I liked the concept of the special foster place and I was told - which I thought was great - very honestly that she was very shy and reserved. I decided to get her anyway, because I had experience with such dogs through my Luca and I have not regretted it.

Leni - that's her name with me - is a really great dog, still reserved and introverted but she is making steady progress and I am sure we will become a really great team. She was housetrained from the start, rides great in the car and she loves tall grass and water.
With a lot of love and patience we are consistently working on her problems and hopefully we will soon be able to start mantrailing training, which in turn will boost her self-confidence.
