Our animal rescuers felt a bit queasy when they picked up bull Kaspar one day in January. He had appeared out of nowhere and no one could say where he came from or how old he was. None of the farmers seemed to miss him. Thanks to the courageous intervention of an official veterinarian, he was caught and brought to safety. Since they could not prove his origin, it would have been impossible to "integrate him into the food chain." The bottom line is that he would have died a senseless death. At Gut Aiderbichl Kilb he is now allowed to live and be happy.
